Quotidianly – Suffer…
Rather than expecting something to turn out as we envisioned it, we should try to savor and enjoy whatever happens.
Complaining blocks, appreciation is the act of “seeing the good” (Ayin Tova), so that the emptiness of what “is missing” stops hurting.
Today quote’s tell us that “Expectations are resentments in the formation stage.”
Where a man’s thoughts are, there he is entirely, with all his experiences.
To curse or complain is to profane the instrument with which the world was created, a golden brush that we misuse to paint with mud.
Remember, expectation puts power outside; Love (Fati) returns it to our will.
Instead of letting pain turn into bitter suffering, let’s make it a medicine that cleanses the soul.
Philippians 4:6; “do not be anxious about anything, (…)”
¡Remember to love and appreciate every moment!
