Carnivals?
All our days יוֹם yom, should be festive, dedicated to the Creator, enjoying everything and everyone.
Those who speak of בעל bá`al, as a deity, are mistaken because the same term speaks to us about service, of surrender to Him.
Today’s quotes ask us to “not to lose the amazement of knowing we are alive”.
Even the concept of Baal-Zebub, בַּעַל זְבוּב, lord of flies, reminds us that, From Egypt, He denotes His miracles to us.
Remember, working is a necessity, since activity is what activates and purifies us.
So as servers, עָ֫בֶד ébed, we are called to obey only Him and to garnt Him our daily happiness.
Lot לוט, lut, even invites us to revise our culture of the carnivals of Sodom, to focus only on praising Him.
Colossians 2:8 “See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ.”
