Quotidianly – Meditate?

To reach the top, you must first descend to the deepest part of Yourself.

Prayer builds, meditation ignites the light, and prayer is the encounter with the Creator.

While the Law tells you what to do, Wisdom teaches you how to be while you do it.

Today’s quote tells us that “Meditation is like cleaning the mirror of our mind.”

A prayer doesn’t need to be long or technical; it just needs to come from the bottom of your soul.

Remember, all spoken meditation completely empties our soul.

When we meditate, the light of the Creator fills us with love.

Meditation is “chewing” a verse until it penetrates the heart.

Luke 6:12; “In these days he went out to the mountain to pray, and all night he continued in prayer to God.”
