Quotidianly – Pray and act?

The concepts of prayer and service in Hebrew, avodá (עֲבוֹדָה), lead us to understand the importance of acting according to the intentions of our heart.

That is why when we pray, tefilá (תפילה), we are invited not just to ask the Creator for something, but to praise Him for everything He grants us.

Today quote’s reminds us that “continuing to act like spiritual beggars only shows how far we are from understanding the gift of life”.

Our morning Shajarit (שחרית) prayers, afternoon Minjá (מנחה), and evening Maariv (מעריב) should be declarations of love and praise for Him.

Remember, praying means an awakening that transforms the desire to dream into an appreciation of reality.

Figures like Deborah (דְּבוֹרָה), whose name means “bee” and who was the only female judge of ancient Israel, teach us the importance of listening to the Creator through our prayers.

Our strength, Kelah (כְּעֵלָה), lies in allowing ourselves to be guided here and now by Him through our prayers.

Matthew 6:6: “But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you”.

¡Remember to love and appreciate every moment!
