Quotidianly – Costumes?
Sin, jata (חָטָא), dwells in our body leading us to do even those things that we recognize are not healthy for our lives.
We want to cover, kasah (כָּסָה), with inconsistencies that void that we can only fill with Him and His love.
Today quote’s calls us to “give our best even if others give us back parts of the only thing they have”.
Our costumes, labash (לבשׁ) only cover our shame of recognizing ourselves as disconnected from Him.
Remember, when we wait on Him, by faith we will strive to make it a reality.
The flesh, guf (גוף) of our body reminds us even from its superficial appearances of the impurities that contaminate us.
Like Obadiah, ʿŌḇaḏyā (עֹבַדְיָה), we are called to serve the Creator, ceasing to feed ourselves with forbidden fruits.
Matthew 3:4: “Now John wore a garment of camel’s hair and a leather belt around his waist, and his food was locusts and wild honey”.
¡Remember to love and appreciate every moment!
